These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile games and related online features (collectively, the “Services”), including software distributed through app stores such as Google Play or the Apple App Store (where applicable).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Additional terms may apply through app store providers (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store terms). If there is a conflict between store terms and these Terms regarding store-specific billing or distribution, the store provider’s terms may prevail for that specific matter.
The Services are supported in part by third-party advertising. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, platform settings, and any consent or preference choices you make. Advertising partners may collect or receive data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of advertising as part of the experience unless you use controls described in the Privacy Policy (which may not remove all ads).
You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (often 13 in many regions, or 16 or higher where required—for example, in some EEA countries for certain data processing). Our games are not directed to children under 13.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We may refuse or terminate access where we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Services for your private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
· Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by mandatory law;
· Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or in-game assets outside features we expressly provide;
· Use cheats, bots, exploits, or other means to gain unfair advantage or harm other players or our systems;
· Circumvent technical protections, payment mechanisms, or regional restrictions.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Some features require an account. You may register with an email or through third-party sign-in (e.g. Google, Apple, or other providers we display in the app) where we offer it.
You agree to:
· Provide accurate information and keep it updated where reasonable;
· Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and notify us of unauthorized use;
· Not create accounts for others without permission, sell or transfer accounts in violation of our rules, or use another person’s identity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security or legal risk, or remain inactive according to rules we publish.
The Services may include social or community features (e.g. chat, friends, guilds, leaderboards, sharing, user-generated content).
You agree that:
· Public or shared areas are visible to others; do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, explicit (where prohibited), fraudulent, or infringing content, or personal data of others without permission;
· You have the rights to any content you submit and grant us the license in Section 8;
· We may monitor, record (where permitted by law), remove, or restrict content, and suspend or ban users to protect safety, comply with law, or enforce these Terms—we are not obligated to pre-moderate all communications.
If you see abuse, use in-game reporting where available or contact support@inkfire.cn.
The Services may offer virtual currency, virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital content for purchase.
· Purchases are processed by third-party platforms (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store). Prices, taxes, and payment methods are as shown at checkout.
· Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may be modified or discontinued as we update the game.
· Refunds are governed by the applicable app store’s refund policy and mandatory consumer laws in your region.
In addition to Section 5, you agree not to:
· Violate applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
· Upload malware, scrape our systems without permission, or overload our infrastructure;
· Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
We may take action including warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
The Services (including software, art, audio, text, trademarks, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted.
User-generated content: If you submit content through social or other features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify (e.g. for formatting or moderation), distribute, and use such content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services, including on our websites and marketing, subject to feature-specific rules we publish. You retain ownership of your content to the extent you hold it, except for game assets we provide.
The Services may include third-party services, links, or advertisements. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Advertising partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features or the Services (e.g. for balance, security, or compliance). Where the app store allows, updates may be installed automatically.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services;
· Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the Services (including in-app purchases and subscriptions for the affected game, as recorded by the applicable app store or otherwise attributable to you) in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD 50, except where law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InkFire Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you based on your habitual residence (for example, EEA, UK, United States, Canada, or Australia consumers may have rights that cannot be waived).
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an ODR platform for online disputes:

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
